Customer (Not Relevant: ITAC Operations Management (OU) uses the same set of process. Some clients ask for some specific documents, which differs only the way the information is presented, however is the same process that it uses. It does not represent differences in OU processes.)
Size (Not Relevant: All projects are similar in size and follow the same organizational standard set of processes.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Operational Management is the only area in charge of projects and always uses its own processes (no differences). There is no other area or division inside the organization in charge of software related projects.)
