Customer: Customer has been considered a relevant sampling factor because Capgemini Italia’s customers can be subdivided in two groups, according to the process standards followed (Defence, Private/Finance)
Size: Size has been considered a relevant sampling factor because same organizational processes are performed differently based on the size of the basic units
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Organizational Structure has been considered a not relevant sampling factor because it depends from Customers)
Type of Work: Type of work has been considered a relevant sampling factor because in Capgemini Italia it”s possible to identify two types of work: ? projects where the Company is required to design and implement software components and eventually integrate them with other software components on standard hardware devices (i.e. workstation, computer) ? projects where the Company is required to maintain software components (i.e evolutionary and adaptive maintenance) |
