Sampling Factor Values: SRD (Organizational Structure): The projects of both SRD and PMD follow the same processes. However, the management style of different departments might be different. Therefore, the Organizational structure factor is identified as an affected factor. The processes of PP, PMC, CM, IPM, QPM and CAR might differ. PMD (Organizational Structure): The Organizational structure factor is identified as an affected factor. The processes of PP, PMC, CM, IPM, QPM and CAR might differ.
