Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: All software is developed in the Nanjing office, and therefore location does not influence process selection.) Customer (Not Relevant: The OSSP processes are established at organizational level and processes are not differentiating with customer.) Size (Not Relevant: The OSSP processes does not vary any differently for different size of the projects.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: There is one major division “R&D Department” All software is development by the R&D Department and therefore the structure does not influence process selection.) Type of Work: Jiangsu GaoTai Software Technology Co., Ltd. executes Development and Maintenance projects, which are executed using Waterfall life cycle.
