Location (Not Relevant: All the projects are managed and delivered out of one location, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China)
Customer (Not Relevant: Although different customers have different project targets, SLAs, which have already been take into account during planning stage – schedule, cost and risk planning. There is no process variation due to customers.)
Size (Not Relevant: Size does not have any significant impact on how work gets done because Agile methodology is widely implemented.)
Organizational Structure: There are two business clusters under the delivery center. Processes are customized for each business cluster, and two set of PPBs and PPMs have been maintained.
