Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: All of the project teams are located in the same place, and the location has no impact on the process implementation,Wuxi, Jiangsu, China only.) Customer (Not Relevant: All customers are Software Service, they do not affect the process context as all projects follow the organizational standard set of processes.) Size (Not Relevant: The project size is similar and it has no impact on the processes.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The projects are all from the R&D Dept and follow the same process.) Type of Work: There are two types of work (Product development, Customization development ),Feasibility analysis for Product development is needed, Pre-sales are needed for Customization development .The processes of RD, REQM and VAL might be differed.
