Customer: R&D department is engaged in developing software applications for Government and private clients. OSSP is defined at organization level and projects follow the same with minor tailoring. However, practices of requirement management and requirement elicitation differs. Therefore ‘CUSTOMER’ factor is considered for project selection.
Size (Not Relevant: Project staff size varies based on scope and complexities of each Project. However, it has no impact of processes followed in projects. As per Management policy, each project has follow standard processes and hence “Size” factor is not considered for project selection)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: R&D department is considered as OU. There is no other dept. engaged in software development. There is no impact from organizational structure on project process differentiation)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: At present all development are going on. So “Type of work” factor is not considered for project selection.) |
