Customer: There are two types of customers in the OU that they are railway clients and non-railway clients. And the two types of customers require the development teams to follow some different procedures and standards during their development. Size (Not Relevant: The teams are normally with about 6 people. The team size has no impact to standards and procedures for the teams to follow during their development.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The R&D Department mainly focuses on application software products development for railway and non-railway clients, and embedded software products development for railway clients.) Type of Work (Not Relevant: The OU only develops application and embedded software.) Product Type: There are two product types in the OU which they are Application software and embedded software and they both require the teams follow some different procedures and templates during the product development.
