Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: System Development Department is considered for appraisal and processes are same for all projects. Following functions/activities are carried out at organizational Level. EPG – Engineering Process Group QA/CM – Quality Assurance and Configuration Management Training)
Type of Work: Jiewen Tech staff engaged either in Product Development or Customized development. Though processes are followed same for both these type of work, still considered type of work as sampling factor. |
