Location (Not Relevant: Three locations i.e. Pune, Mumbai, Gurgaon but utilizes standard process defined at organization level and accounted for by Organizational Structure. Projects are executed with team based in one location, or in multi-location distribution considering the project needs, however, processes/quality management system implemented are common in any of the situations.)
Customer (Not Relevant: Standard processes defined at organization level are uniformly implemented across every customer in order to ensure consistent outcome in quality and customer experience.)
Size (Not Relevant: Projects are of size that ranges from 6 to 31 persons and their complexities are manageable due to the processes are common.)
Organizational Structure: Digital Solutions, Global Controls Products, Software Solutions, Security Products business units/divisions are depicted on an organization chart. Projects come from four different business units/divisions of Johnson Controls (India) Pvt. Ltd. Process areas affected are Project Management, Engineering process areas.
Type of Work (Not Relevant: Type of work includes Development work. Development of systems with tasks covering such as requirements gathering, design, coding or build, testing.
