Customer (Not Relevant: All the customers for Technical Department are external customers involving software development using the waterfall methodology. Hence the customer type is not a differentiator with regards to process execution.)
Size (Not Relevant: The basic units (Projects) are of similar sized team members (6-8), thus size factor is not a differentiator. Hence, size does not influence the way processes are implemented in the OU – Technical Department.)
