Customer (Not Relevant: Customer (Not Relevant – This OU caters to various customers, however, the internal processes used by the OU for software application development for any of them do not undergo any change due to this customer variation. Thus, the customer type is not a potential differentiator.)
Size (Not Relevant: Size (Not Relevant: All development projects are of similar team size (5- 10 members)). – Most of the projects are similarly sized team members. There is some difference in the effort values across projects, but this in itself does not cause any significant changes to the basic internal processes of the OU.
