Size (Not Relevant: All works use the same process regardless of size and size does not alter the basic steps of the standard process and the life cycle model. Consequently size does not cause significant variations in the performance of processes.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All works are conducted within the one department, have the same basic and similar structure with project manager, developers, supporting-members, and share the same organization standard processes without substantial tailoring.)
Type of Work: There are 2 types of works, such as “New Development”, “Maintenance” which have some impacts to development environments, procedures and templates used by the development teams. |
