Location (Not Relevant: Although CLTech is a multinational company with presence in several countries in the region, the software factory is centralized in Bogota where all the engineering work is done.)
Customer (Not Relevant: CLTech provides standards products for all its customers that meet regulated requirements allowing no matter the size or characteristics of each customer the product is the same however in some situations customizations are made but the core is the same for everyone.)
Size (Not Relevant: Independent of the size, the organization projects are managed in the same way; as mentioned above we work with standard client processes which in general terms are the same for clinical laboratory and blood bank.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: As it mentioned above the factory software is centralized and there are specialized areas that do developments for all products that are deployed to clients.)
