Customer (Not Relevant: The processes followed are based on the same QMS. The tailoring is limited to client specified templates/tools and this tailoring is based on tailoring guidelines. Based on discussions, this factor was not considered as relevant.)
Size (Not Relevant: The OU by definition includes full lifecycle projects and these projects follow the same QMS and hence size is not considered as sampling factor)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The process followed is driven based on type of work regardless of organization structure. Each department would be using same QMS and governance structures as a base for the implementation.)
