Project size did not appear to significantly impact process implementation) Organizational Structure: All projects have been developed in two departments. Basic Business Department (BBD) is responsible for mobile mapping system products development. Application Solution Department (ASD) is responsible for developing and application of smart city administration product. Type of Work (Not Relevant: All projects are software and hardware development, and follow the same process system.)

The projects in this subgroup are similar. They mainly customerlize based on the same product to adapt the requirements of different cities. 53 People, 6 Basic Units – ASD – UMB
