| Sampling Factors: |
Location (Not Relevant: There is no effect on project implementation. Projects external to the organization”s main site are using the same process environment as those internal. Projects at customer locations also use this process environment.)
Customer (Not Relevant: There is no effect on project implementation because we currently have no customers who require a process structure of their own. For all customers we use our own process environment.)
Size (Not Relevant: Various sizes of projects exist and were used in this appraisal, but there is no impact on implementation of the project. The standard asset set is the same.)
Organizational Structure: A recent reorganization has resulted in two ways of executing projects each including its own asset set. This impacts all project level process areas. Both process assets sets were developed from a common base and with the same objectives (ML3 compatibility) and are currently being maintained and supported, but they differ in some ways.
Type of Work (Not Relevant: There is no effect on project implementation because the processes applying to types of work being performed by the projects within the organization are all incorporated within the asset sets.) |
