Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: There are three main domains in the Upperlink-Development/Production OU •Banking •Educational •Enterprise Solutions QMS processes are same for all projects. Following functions / activities are carried out at organizational Level. •SEPG – Software Engineering Process Group •IQA – Internal Quality Audit Function •Training Function)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: Development projects are considered in scope of appraisal. Same sets of processes are followed for all the Development projects.)
