Services Work (Type of Work): Services work type comprises of Application testing, Hardware testing and Maintenance & Production Support scope of work. These type of work involves enhancement, defect fix and IT incident management based service requests driven by Service level agreements and test execution activities
Java/J2EE (Technology): Development projects using JAVA/J2EE technology
Web based (Technology): Development projects using Web based technology
Pega (Technology): Development projects using Pega
Mainframe (Technology): Development projects using Mainframe
Agile Development (Lifecycle): This type of work involves the Application development of new software following the Agile development methodology
Non-Agile Development (Lifecycle): This type of work involves the Application development of new software covering the activities such as requirements development, design, construction and testing phases using Standard Waterfall lifecycle model
Application Testing (Lifecycle): Application testing involves testing lifecycle engagements with focus on application testing. Testing projects involves understanding of test requirements, evolving test strategy, test case designing, test case execution and test results validation for the testing scope of work
Hardware Testing (Lifecycle): Hardware testing involves testing lifecycle engagements with focus on hardware testing and hardware validation. Testing projects involves understanding of test requirements, evolving test strategy, test case designing, test case execution and test results validation for the testing scope of work
Maintenance & Production Support (Lifecycle): Maintenance and production support lifecycle primarily involves the combination of work type covering enhancement, defect fix and IT incident management based service requests driven by Service level agreements
