- Sampling Summary:
(抽样汇总) -
Sampling Factors: Location (Not Relevant: Not Relevant. Only One location Hanoi in Scope. Da Nang projects are excluded)
Customer (Not Relevant: Not Relevant for diversity. The process difference is driven by the Organizational Structure (SPOT and ODC) which denote different customer types. Since that is already identified as a sampling factor, this is identified as NO. Individual customers do not influence process diversity beyond what is in the tailoring guidelines)
Size: Team size is defined as Class 1 and Class 2 based on resources assigned. Though there are no process difference, it is taken as a sampling factor to ensure both smaller as well as larger size teams are sampled. Team size varies from 3 to 21.
Organizational Structure: ODC and SPOT. (SPOT develops software application packages for deployment to the customer from start to finish. ODC is customer driven and projects execute whatever is assigned as work packages / tasks required by the customer).
Type of Work (Not Relevant: Not Relevant. The process difference is driven by the Organizational Structure (SPOT and ODC) which denote different customer types and Size of project. The development work could be maintenance tasks but is completely driven by the ODC concept. Maintenance for the customer, but small project for Luvina ODC)
