Sampling Factors: Location (Not Relevant: OU has a nationwide presence in terms HO and zonal offices. However most of the activities are performed at national level in Mumbai. Depending on nature of services offered, activities are also executed at zonal level and are considered in “organisational structure” as sampling factor. There is no process variability based on locations since BMS (organisational processes) is centralised and deployed across all locations.)
Customer (Not Relevant: OU provides lending services to different customers from SME sector. All the services are executed as per organisational policies and guidelines hence able to follow standard processes. Hence this was not considered as relevant sampling factor.)
Size (Not Relevant: There is no significant process variation among workgroups due to size except retail which has higher size due to zonal presence.
