Location (Not Relevant: The OU has one office in the city of Lima, Peru. All projects work in the same building of the organization. This is not a relevant sampling factor.)
Customer (Not Relevant: All the projects follow the same set of standard processes. The OU has defined standard processes to be executed uniformly across every project to ensure consistent results and quality no matter who is the customer. Clients are the internal business areas of the organization. The customer is not relevant for the process usage.)
Size (Not Relevant: Each project has usually 5 project members. The way processes are performed does not depend upon the number of project members. No effect on implementation.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The scope of the appraisal is the Information Technology Management. All projects belong to the same OU. No effect on implementation.)
