Size (Not Relevant: Changes due to the number of production orders may increment the number of samples/audits, this may affect capability management but not the way work is performed.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: There is only one department in the scope, the QA Department, which is supervised by the Chief Quality Officer.)
Type of Work: Two types of work are delivered by the QA Department:
