Control Electronics: CE department develops fail-safe locomotive control systems for DC traction & AC traction of diesel locomotives. It has introduced the Train Communication Network (TCN), a world class protocol which will be the backbone for its future endeavors with multiple loco architectures of DEMU, MAS, MAK, MEC628, and ACEMU. CE follows Medha Design and Development process for product design and life cycle models like V Model depending on the project nature and complexity.
