Customer: There are 2 types of customer: Taiwan Power Company (TPC) and the others. TPC requires following its own process regarding to how project is managed and product developed. This will cause process differences in project management, analysis/design/testing, compared with those non-TPC customers which follows OSSP.
Size (Not Relevant: Projects are of similar size and follow the same processes.)
