Customer (Not Relevant: Although different customers have different project targets, SLAs, which have already been take into account during planning stage – schedule, cost and risk planning. There is no process variation due to customers.)
Size (Not Relevant: large projects will be divided into small teams and follow the same process with minimal tailoring, so size is not a sampling factor)
Organizational Structure: There are 3 development departments. The processes are customized based on organization structure and business domain. So it is a critical sampling factor.
