Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: All the projects and products related work is done in the OU in Anshan.) Customer (Not Relevant: There is only one mining industry client type in the OU.) Size (Not Relevant: All the teams are made up of 5 to 6 persons and have no impact to procedures and templates used by teams.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: SW R&D Department is the main body that develops SAP application and MIS application products in the OU.) Type of Work (Not Relevant: The OU only develops SAP and MIS application software products.) Product Type: There are two product types, SAP Application and MIS Application developed in the OU, which both have some impacts to the procedures and templates used by the product teams respectively in the OU.
