Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: MIC is at Riyadh location and only this location is considered in appraisal so, location is not a differentiator and does not make any material difference to the way processes are applied.) Customer (Not Relevant: For MIC, all application development and services projects are executed either for internal purpose or for Saudi citizens. Processes are established at organizational level and does not differentiating if customer is internal or external.) Size (Not Relevant: Irrespective of project staff size, it is MIC policy to follow processes for all projects. Hence “Size” is not considered for project selection.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: MIC is considered as OU and no other department or function in MOMRA engaged in application development or services so Org structure is not considered as Sampling Factor.) Type of Work: MIC is having application development and services work. Also, processes and tools are different for application development and services work so Type of work is considered for project selection
