Subgroups:	SD – Dev: This subgroup is involved in developing mobile and web based applications and products with long cycles of development efforts exceeding 6 months. Development is done in either waterfall or incremental modes using Dot Net, Java, C++ and Android technologies. The applications are internally tested, deployed at client environment and end user training is imparted. 14 People, 2 Basic Units – Dev SD – Impl: This subgroup is responsible for implementation of existing applications with customizations. The projects which require quick implementation and have less development effort fall under this sub group. These projects use implementation life cycle model with Dot Net, Java, C++ and Android technologies. The implementations are tested, deployed at client environment and end user training is imparted. 16 People, 2 Basic Units – Impl SD – Maint: This subgroup is involved in operations and maintaining applications deployed in the field.
