Type of Work: There are three project’s types: Maintenance, Implementation and Technological Renovation.
Sampling Factor Values:	Maintenance (Type of Work): Keep the solution implemented in an implementation project in compliance with service levels and contract. A maintenance may be corrective and evolutionary according to the contractual terms. Implementation (Type of Work): The implementation of a project with a scope, time and cost limit, which can be an integration, customization and deployment services or products. Technological Renovation (Type of Work): The implementation of a project with a scope, time and cost limit, which can be an integration, customization and deployment hardware.
