Sampling Factor Values: Development Projects (Type of Work): Development projects following the Modified Waterfall phases of Initiation, Requirements, Design, Coding, Testing and Release Maintenance Enhancement Projects (Type of Work): Enhancement requests (CR’s) received from the customer (as part of AMC) that are > 40 Man-hours of engineering effort.
