Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: The OU is only located in Nanjing.) Customer (Not Relevant: The OU uses the same set of processes to deliver products to different customers. All customers are external customers.) Size (Not Relevant: All projects are medium size.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects are within Technical R&D Department and a single management structure exists for the OU.) Type of Work: There are two types of work: 1) the development of multimedia broadcast management system, 2) the development of building management system.
