Large/Middle Project (Size): More than 40 FPs full waterfall life cycle. Large and medium projects have a standard R & D management process (including requirements, design, coding, testing and acceptance).

Little/Micro Project (Size): Equal or Less than 40 FPs. Micro-projects are a tailored R & D management process (also including requirements, design, coding, testing and acceptance), but the content and output of micro-projects will be a little less. The outline design and detailed design process can be merged and can be reviewed with the software requirements documentation. Test case reviews can be reviewed with the software requirements documentation.
