Location (Not Relevant: Software Development is performed in the same office premises. SW implementation tasks are performed in the customers premises, but they will still use their own standard processes and tools.)
Customer (Not Relevant: All projects follow the same processes. Non of their customers ask them to follow any specific process, nor they ask them to change their process in any way.)
Size (Not Relevant: Same process is used for software development regardless of the program or basic unit size. All projects in the OU to be developed in 6 months average.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Organizational structure is clearly defined for all projects under the OU, all following the same organization’s standard process.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: Type of work is only one. They all are part of the same software development team.)
