Customer: The OSSP processes are established at organizational level but tailored processes are generated due to different type of customer such as Enterprise & Government. Hence considered as sampling factor.
Size (Not Relevant: The OSSP processes does not vary any differently for different size of the projects.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: There are 2 major divisions, “CDN Division” and “Zhiwang Education Division” All software is developed by the 2 divisions follow same organizational OSSP and therefore the structure does not influence process selection.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: The all projects use iteration lifecycle; therefore, the type of work does not influence process selection.) |
