Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: R&D department is at Nanjing location and only this location is considered in appraisal so, location is not a differentiator and does not make any material difference to the way processes are applied.) Customer: OU is engaged in developing various smart solutions for commercial clients and govt clients. Standard process is defined at organization level however Requirements management, Verification validation process differs So ‘CUSTOMER’ factor is considered for project selection. Size (Not Relevant: All projects are of typically similar staff. Also, as per company policy, all projects should follow all processes irrespective of project team size. Hence “Size” is not considered for project selection.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: R&D department is considered OU and no other department or function engaged in software development so Org structure is not considered as Sampling Factor.)
