Size (Not Relevant: The projects are of similar size (medium size) within each division of OU and the process followed is similar. Hence size is not an influencing factor.)
Organizational Structure: Relevant: ICS Nett, Inc., is organized as per the specialization i.e. Information Technology (IT), Transportation, and Information & Communications Technology (ICT) divisions. The types of projects executed in these divisions are different and these divisions influence the process.

ICS – IT: ICS-IT subgroup is involved in design and implementation of Enterprise Mobility Management solutions. This subgroup specializes in strategic direction and Enterprise Architectures through all phases of the cloud transformation. Expertise includes Information Assurance and Security solutions. Latest technological developments in IT such as Virtualization, Cloud Computing, and Mobility Platforms Bid Data Analytics are harnessed to provide cost-effective business solutions.

ICS – TPT: Nature of projects executed in ICS – TPT subgroup include: • Upgrade of Power, Communication, Signalling and Automated Train Control (ATC) systems for WMATA metro stations. • Installation of highly interpretative surveillance and recording systems throughout the Metro system. • Acquisition and installation of surveillance systems for designated locations adjacent the Metro facilities, along with integration into Operations Control Center systems for WMATA and MARTA.
