Location (Not Relevant: The scope of appraisal is Pune, Thiruvananthapuram and Noida location. eLearning projects are executed at all three locations while DLG and CTS projects are at Pune only. Aptara QMS processes are established at organizational level and same for all Locations, so “LOCATION” factor is not considered for project selection. However selected one eLearning basic unit from each location in the sampling to have their representation.)
Customer (Not Relevant: The Aptara QMS processes does not vary and differentiating for different customer. So “CUSTOMER” factor is not considered for project selection.)
Size (Not Relevant: The Aptara QMS processes does not vary and differentiating for different size of the projects. So “SIZE” factor is not considered for project selection. Projects which are client managed are not in the scope of appraisal.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Aptara QMS processes are same for different projects executed in eLearning, CTS and DLG verticals respectively. So ‘ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE’ factor is not considered for the project selection. Following functions / activities are carried out at organizational Level. 1. Type of Work: Aptara executes different type of work/project which falls into 3 verticals i.e. ‘eLearning’, Digital Learning Group (DLG) and Content Technology Solutions (CTS). Aptara QMS processes are same for eLearning and DLG projects while it is different for CTS project. Hence “TYPE OF WORK’ is considered for project selection. |
