Customer (Not Relevant: This organizational unit is a part of business unit dedicated to one customer. Customer”s influence on projects and process has no difference among projects. Thus this factor has no influence on projects.)
Size (Not Relevant: Resources involved in projects of organizational unit are evenly spread across projects, by other words – there are no significant differences between projects in terms of size. So no need to consider this attribute as significant sampling factor.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Approaches using in organizational unit”s projects is following from organizational set of processes and doesn”t depend on business unit where projects are located. Thus this factor is excluded from consideration.)
