The OU provides same set of products with same set of processes for all customers.) Size (Not Relevant: Project and team size are all relatively small and medium, and do not significantly influence process implementation in the OU, and are not considered a management factor.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The OU contains of 3 physical departments that are function-based and each of them is responsible for parts of activities of the whole project life cycle. Project teams are consist of people across these 3 departments.) Type of Work: All works of the OU are software development related works that are mainly organized and managed as project, with some bug-fix tasks that will not be included in the scope.
