Sampling Summary： （抽样汇总）

Sampling Factors:	Location (Not Relevant: OU performs its activities from Mumbai location only hence is not considered as critical factor) Customer (Not Relevant: OU provides services to NPS account holders based on PFRDA guidelines. Hence PFRDA is the only customer for CRA team. Hence this was not considered as relevant sampling factor.) Size (Not Relevant: Both the workgroups has mid sized team around 15 – 28 which does not have any impact on process implementation. Hence this was not considered as relevant sampling factor.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Both the workgroups in scope report to same senior management. Any process variation based on the nature of work is already mentioned in “Type of Work” sampling factor. No other process variation observed based on organizational structure.) Type of Work: There are two work-groups in scope and both have their service delivery approach defined depending on the work. Hence this was considered as a critical factor.
Sampling Factor Values:	Subscriber Services (Type of Work): This work group handles referrals raised by any of the entities to CRA in relation to NPS services provided. CRA-Systems Infrastructure (Type of Work): This work group facilitates requests resolution, Settlement Support, Beginning of Day activities (BOD), End of Day activities (EOD) and allied processes.
Subgroups:	G1: This sub-groups involves activities of Subscriber Services work-group 28 People, 1 Basic Units – Subscriber Services G2: This sub-groups involves activities performed by CRA Systems Infrastructure 15 People, 1 Basic Units – CRA-Systems Infrastructure
