Customer (Not Relevant: Customers are almost exclusively Federal Gov. agencies, or DoD agencies. This does not however, influence the processes followed in any way. Hence not relevant.)
Size (Not Relevant: Size of project staff ranges from 5 to about 30. However processes are not designed or followed based on staff size. All projects use the standard PAL. Hence not relevant.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Octo follows a typical hierarchical org structure. Processes are not based on different org. divisions or structures. The same minimum PAL is expected to be followed in all software dev. projects. Hence not relevant.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: Only Software Development projects are in scope of the appraisal, and all these projects follow a minimum PAL established. Hence not relevant.)
