L1 team (Helpdesk) will be the SPOC for the complete incident/fulfillment lifecycle. Support phases include Project Initiation, Planning, Analysis, Execution, and Closure. Application maintenance includes two major types of maintenance activities which are Corrective maintenance and Adaptive maintenance.
