Location: There are two primary locations – Juarez and Mexico City
Customer (Not Relevant: The processes and activities are performed in the same way for each customer.)
Size (Not Relevant: There is not difference in how projects are performed regardless of the size, unless they are very small and considered services, then they are excluded from consideration as development projects.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: There is no differnence based on the organization structure. All parts of the organization use the same processes to perform development work.)
Type of Work: Large development projects use the development life-cycle but support projects that are performing development work use the Application Managemetnt Service lifecycle. |

Development (Type of Work): New Development projects.
AMS (Type of Work): Application Manageemnt Services projects which have major and minor development of enhancements. These re only considered as development projects if the development is over 40 hours of effort. |
