Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All of the projects are from the PS Dept. and H&E Dept. They follow the similar processes to deliver product. The org structure has no impact on the process implementation.) Type of Work (Not Relevant: All of the projects follow the similar processes. So the type of work has no impact on processes implementation.) Product development: As all of the projects follow the same processes, it is needed to create another subgroup for SAS.
