The size of teams is taken into account in organizational structure factor.) Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: The organizational structure of MEDIT is customer oriented and the customer has been previously identified as a sampling factor.) Type of Work: Each MEDIT “périmètre” could be classified in 2 categories: • TMA that performs software maintenance (RTB) and/or evolutions activities • Projects pool that performs only software enhancement projects (large evolutions)
Sampling Factor Values:	BDDF (Customer): BDDF is the IT entity for retail banking in France. IRB IT (Customer): IRB IT is the IT entity for international retail banking. Leasing Solutions (Customer): Leasing Solutions is the IT entity for BNPP leasing solutions. TMA (Type of Work): Maintenance activity (RTB and/or Evol services) in this type of “périmètre”. Projects Pool (Type of Work): Only large evolutions (projects) service in this type of “périmètre”.
