Size (Not Relevant: There is not distinction of size in PBG System Integration projects. That”s why size has not been considered a relevant sampling factor.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Organizational structure is not a relevant factor because the organization is only one, System Integratuion Department within PBG Consolting.)
Type of Work (Not Relevant: Only one type of work, software development.)
All Projects: There is not really any sampling factor because there is only one project in the whole organization. I”m adding this factor to satisfy SAS requirements. |
