Size (Not Relevant: All projects are relatively small. Size does not have an impact on process implementation.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: All projects fall under a single senior manager. Process implementation is not impacted by organizational structure.)
Type of Work: Two types of work exist within the organization: Development and Services. Some of the processes are substantially different between these two types, and therefore, this factor should be considered for sampling.
