Location (Not Relevant: There are two physical locations (Daejeon and gyeongju), but one sampled project staff is located in gyeongju, and the remaining support organizations and management organizations are all in Daejeon, head office of Institute of Defense Technology. Project in gyeongju, basically using the same standard process and working on the same business purpose/support organization. So not relevant for sampling factor.)
Customer (Not Relevant: This OU”s all product customer is a ministry of National Defense.)
Size (Not Relevant: Almost same scale projects are conducted in this OU.)
Organizational Structure (Not Relevant: Hypothesis testing of the defined performance parameters indicates that Org Structure does not have a statistically significant impact on performance. So not a relevant sampling factor)
Type of Work: There are 2 different project types, these are using some different Lifecycle for each other, so relevant as a sampling factor. – System development – Research development |
