Size: Projects are categorized as small, medium and large in the tailoring guidelines, based on project effort. Currently there are small and large projects.
Organizational Structure: Two business lines. 1. ERP Applications; 2. Bespoke Applications and Web Services

Small (Size): Projects categorized as small based on effort. For ERP Applications, less than or equal to 12 Man Months, and for Bespoke Applications and Web Services, less than or equal to 3 Man Months.
Medium (Size): Projects categorized as medium based on effort. For ERP Applications, greater than 12 Man Months and less than or equal to 24 Man Months. For Bespoke Applications and Web Services, greater than 3 Man Months and less than or equal to 12 Man Months.
Large (Size): Projects categorized as large based on effort. For ERP Applications, greater than 24 Man Months. For Bespoke Applications and Web Services, greater than 12 Man Months.
ERP (Organizational Structure): Core ERP applications.
Bespoke (Organizational Structure): Customization type projects. |
